Chocolate cake with chocolate panelsI made this cake for my pastor's birthday. There was a lot of goodness in this baby!!!
The cake was a flourless chocolate cake with freshly grounded hazelnut meal. I covered the cake with ganache and decorated with chocolate panels on the outside. To top it up, I filled it with strawberries and blueberries.
I would consider this is a very healthy cake, because it has all the good antioxidants that you need!!
