Be Gorgeous chocolate biscuits

Some gorgeous ladies included myself, baked these Be Gorgeous "very" Chocolate biscuits for the annual Be Gorgeous sunset walk this year.
After burning off some calories from the 2.75km walk, having one of these babies... well, I think they worth it!

  1. THE RECIPE:

    Make about 24

    125g butter, chopped
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    250g firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 Cup (150g) plain four
    1/4 Cup (35g) SR flour
    1 tsp bicarbonate soda
    1/3 Cup(35g) cocoa
    1/2 Cup cranberries
    1/2 Cup white Nestle choc bits
    1/2 Cup dark Nestle choc bits

    1. Beat butter, essence, sugar and egg in medium bowl with electric mixer until smooth.
    2. Stir in remaining ingredients: mix well.
    3. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls between your fingers and place on greased trays about 5cm apart.
    4. Bake in 180o oven for about 12 – 15 mins, they are cooked when you touch them lightly and are gently firm in the middle.
    5. Cool on trays.
