Angel hair pasta with salmon and poached eggsFirst time I tried the angel hair pasta. It is really delicious. Of course, combining my favourite smoked salmon and rocket. Perfect poached eggs - when the egg yolk ooze out and mix perfectly in the pasta... words can not describe!
